Website project
Desire Furniture
Desire Furniture needed a website direction for a furniture selling business where customers could browse product categories, understand quality, and make an enquiry without getting lost in a crowded catalogue. The homepage was shaped to feel warm, premium, and easy to shop, with visual sections that mirror how people browse furniture for different rooms.
Goal
Create a premium furniture website that presents sofas, beds, dining sets, and home pieces with a clean buying journey.
Solution
Warm product imagery, category shortcuts, new arrivals, trust blocks, customer stories, and newsletter capture.
Outcome
A polished ecommerce-ready homepage that helps visitors explore rooms, products, and offers faster.
Steps we took
- Discovery and product grouping: We reviewed the furniture categories and shaped the homepage around common shopping routes such as bedroom, living room, dining, office, storage, and decor.
- Homepage structure: We planned a hero section, category shortcuts, promotional blocks, new arrivals, quality messaging, inspiration galleries, testimonials, and newsletter capture.
- Visual direction: The design uses warm neutrals, soft furniture photography, and spacious spacing so the products feel premium without overwhelming visitors.
- Client feedback and changes: Client-requested adjustments were applied across product emphasis, section order, content wording, and call-to-action placement so the final direction matched the desired brand feel.
- Final refinement: We checked the homepage flow for readability, mobile behaviour, offer visibility, and trust-building content before preparing the project for presentation.
